SHIPPING AND STORE POLICIES

Shipping

 

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible to the address provided at checkout.  An order confirmation will be sent by email (please check spam).  Processing time is 2-7 business days.  Once your package leaves Rural Route Seven, it should arrive within 5-9 business days.  A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent by email.  Orders are shipped by Canada Post within Canada, and USPS within the continental U.S.  Duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery, if required.

 

Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Canada and the U.S.

Coupon Code Redemption

Coupon Codes must be applied to purchase prior to checkout.   We cannot apply coupons after checkout.  Only one coupon is redeemable per transaction.  We cannot make adjustments or refunds once a transaction has been finalized.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions prior to purchase - we’d love to hear from you!  You can reach us by email at contact@ruralrouteseven.com.   All promotional or discounted items are final sale.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchases so we will do our best to accommodate any issues you may have with your order.

 

We will accept returns on most items up to 7 days after delivery.  Items must be in new condition.  Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and return the item(s) within 14 days once the return is approved and processed.  Please repackage items as they were received to ensure a safe return.  Items received after this period will not be accepted.  An email confirmation and instructions for the return will be provided.  Items that may not be returned include sales items, promotional sale items (items purchased using a coupon), and items damaged or exhibiting signs of use. 

 

A refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).  We are not responsible for return shipping, are unable to provide return packaging, and will not be able to refund the original shipping charge. 

Exhange Policy

Item(s) you wish to exchange must be unused and in new condition.  Please request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order and return the item(s) within 14 days.  We will not be able to refund any shipping charges on exchanges.  The replacement item(s) will be shipped within 7-14 days of receipt of the returned item(s) depending on inventory.   If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a store credit or refund at our discretion.  Items that may not be exchanged include sales items, promotional sale items (items purchased using a coupon), and items damaged or exhibiting signs of use.   We do not charge shipping on an exchanged order within Canada.

Business Hours

We are presently an online-only store and are in ‘the shop’ Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST, excluding national holidays.  We will respond to you as quickly as we can during regular business hours.
